Entrepreneur and Super Bowl Champion, Justin Watson, established Matte Black as the answer to his desire to travel in style and avoid Los Angeles’ notorious gridlock traffic.

Born in Bronx, New York, but raised in Pasadena, California, Justin played four seasons at San Diego State University before signing as a free agent with the Saint Louis Rams. During his rookie year, the Rams played and defeated the Tennessee Titans in Super Bowl XXXIV earning Watson a Superbowl Championship ring.  After playing four successful seasons with the Rams, Justin retired from the NFL in 2002.  Matte Black is an extension of Justin’s ability to create uniquely fun experiences at the highest level.
